Our Policy:


All services are by appointment only.

Parents and caregivers, we love children!  However, it is not enjoyable for you or other guests to have unsupervised children playing about the salon.  It is vital that your attention and ours is 100% directed on you and the service we are performing.  Please understand and make arrangements for child care during your appointment.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. 

NO SHOW Policy: Three missed appointments without cancelation will place the client on a credit card deposit booking only.  The client will be charged a minimum fee of 1/2 the salon service price in order to book another service at the salon.  Please be courteous and call to cancel or use the online booking tool to notify us of an appointment that you can not keep. (Thank You)
